This timeline will vary for every territory. You can expect a typical range around 60-90 days to open a franchise following the signing of our Franchise Agreement.

Our business model has diversified revenue streams, and focuses on a large, but focused segment of the residential home market.

HOMEstretch territories are offered based on the availability of current territories. We utilize the services of a third-party to determine our territory locations based on demographic information. During the Mutual Discovery Process, we’ll allocate time to discuss territories.

Yes, of course! Both parties will need to go through our Mutual Discovery Process to receive approval from our Franchisee Selection Committee.

We offer continuous training and support as a Franchisor. After officially becoming a HOMEstretch franchise owner, you’ll attend a multi-day in-person training at our headquarters to thoroughly review our culture, processes, and service offerings through classroom and on-site education. Following that training, you’ll have access to online tools, videos, and support plus direct interaction with our team to answer questions, help with issues, and provide the guidance to build a successful HOMEstretch franchise.

There are many options available to obtain the necessary funds to open a HOMEstretch franchise. Franchisees can utilize options such as their personal savings, home equity, or loans from entities such as the Small Business Administration. Our team is happy to review options during our Mutual Discovery Process.
